These sessions are led by awesome professionals working in various fields in the Northern Valley!
Students get to create their very own personalized schedule packed with the break-out sessions they’re most excited about. Every student gets to attend two breakout sessions, plus spend time exploring the exhibitor showcase.

Heavy Equipment Load-In
10 am – 1 pm | Exhibitors who are bringing heavy equipment that needs to be driven in through the arena’s overhead doors will receive a load-in time slot. If you are unable to load in heavy equipment at this time, please work with event staff to identify options.

Vendor Load-In
7:15 am | On the day of the Expo, doors will open at 7:15 a.m. for non-heavy equipment load-in. All vendors must be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. Door number 8 will be the fastest shot to the arena floor. Please park on the south side of the Alerus Center and enter the expo at door number 1.
